Returns + Exchanges
We only accept returns or make exchanges if our product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our return and exchange policy is 7 Days from the day you receive your product. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Please do not ship items until instructed by us to do so.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or decline of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

If you are declined, then you will be required to pay the shipping fee to have your product returned to you.

Exchanges

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement product will be shipped to you as soon as possible. We will cover the associated costs.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or returned product to reach you may vary.
